Teton County Fire & Rescue Has a New Ambulance In Its Fleet, Sep 29, 2017
The 2017 Ford F-450 4X4 ambulance was purchased with funds from a service agreement between the Ambulance Service District and Teton County, Wyoming. To accommodate the Firefighter Medics’ firefighting gear, the ambulance has an extended cab with access separate from the patient bay. With the Valley’s winter weather conditions in mind, the ambulance was built on the powerful chassis of a Ford F-450 truck with four-wheel drive.
The new ambulance is in service and stationed at the Driggs Fire Station.
