Permitting in Teton County Idaho:
Teton County Fire & Rescue issues burn permits in accordance with the International Fire Code, as adopted by Teton County, Idaho. The fire department reminds all Teton County Idaho residents and visitors that a burn permit is required for the kindling or maintaining of an open fire on any public or private ground. Burn Permits are not required for recreational fires. Please check Information Page for details.
To obtain a burn permit, fill out the form below . Burn permits are free of charge and are valid for multiple burns throughout the calendar year they are issued. Each new calendar year requires a new permit.
Teton County Fire Protection District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
