Years of Service: Since 2008
Hometown and Years in Teton Valley: Milwaukee, WI; Lived in Teton Valley in 1998

Personal Details (family and hobbies): I have two children, 4 dogs, a cat, and a new fiancé! I own a window cleaning business that I have operated for the past 12 years and also own a home in Victor. I am pretty much the typical story, moved here 15 years ago and never left. I enjoy all the activities the valley has to offer from motorsports to snowboarding, hiking, camping, hunting and fishing.

Why did you want to become a firefighter?: Both my grandfather and uncle are retired members of the Milwaukee Fire Department. It’s been something that has always had my interest, but I did not get involved until the age of 35, which I regret. The day I became a career firefighter and EMT will always remain a major highlight in my life. It took a lot of hard work and determination! The fact that we are here for a community like Teton Valley is a tremendous feeling. Although we usually come to help you on your worst day, the personal gratification, of being able to help, is at times overwhelming. The camaraderie of working with our team on scenes is something that cannot be matched in any other facet of life. Be Safe!
